Xi'an Brictec PCS Series automatic Pulverized coal firing system is a fully-automatic production system developed for the brick and tile industry. This integrated system combines raw coal metering, crushing, drying, feeding, burning, and monitoring functions to meet the demands of modern automated production processes. Suitable for all continuous firing kilns that utilize top-fed pulverized coal combustion.

The system includes both hardware and software components:

  • Hardware: Raw coal storage silo, scale conveyor belt, coal crusher, screw conveyor, pulverized coal dryer, dust collector, chain feeder, and pulverized coal burner
  • Software: Data acquisition unit, data analysis and processing unit, control unit, and feedback adjustment unit
